Annual Declaration of Use (April 1, 2023- March 31 2024)
The annual assessment fees, and voting categories will be calculated based on this Declaration.
Without the receipt of this SSRA Declaration of Use by February 28th, 2023, the property will automatically be placed into the rental category for the type of property. Subsequently, invoices will be calculated and sent on April 1, 2023.
You do not need to complete this form if your unit is made available for rent at anytime of the year on either a short term or long-term basis to anyone.
