Having carefully considered the options for conducting the AGM, your Board decided that in the interest of reaching as many members as possible, the meeting was conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams on Saturday March 19th at 17:00.

We are aware a gradual withdrawal of Public Health Orders has begun, but as circumstances stand, our meeting would still require vaccination passport checks at the door and a mandatory mask requirement.
The benefits of holding our AGM remotely, including allowing members who may not be in Silver Star on March 19 the opportunity to attend the meeting, and providing a safe and time-efficient environment for all, lead the Board to make this decision.
We encourage you to register for the AGM. There are a number of new and exciting initiatives to announce. We look forward to sharing the SSRA’s next steps with you and receiving your input,
Annual Declaration of Use (April 1, 2022- March 31 2023)
The annual assessment fees, and voting categories will be calculated based on this Declaration.
Without the receipt of this SSRA Declaration of Use by February 28th, 2022, the property will automatically be placed into the rental category for the type of property. Subsequently, invoices will be calculated and sent on April 1, 2022.
You do not need to complete this form if your unit is made available for rent at anytime of the year on either a short term or long-term basis to anyone.
Nominations have now closed
As we did not have more than one person nominated for any of the vacant positions, an election will not be necessary

1 At Large Director- Tim Dekker
1 Single Owner Hotel Director- Oscar Carreira
1 Residential Lodging Director- No nominations, The Board will consider how best to fill his vacancy as provided in the bylaws.
